Eco Fabric: Rubie Green

You may recall this photo and fabric designs from several other blogs: Design*Sponge, Habitually Chic, or even the designer's own blog M.A. Belle. Michelle Adams, creator and designer of Rubie Green, has gone far in a short amount of time. She previously worked for domino (tear) before she started Rubie Green in 2007. Following her passions for design and sustainability, she has designed bedding and fabric using 100% organic cotton. See a full explanation here. In just two years, she has already been featured in major publications such as InStyle, House Beautiful, Traditional Home, Country Living, Home Beautiful, O Magazine and domino. See all her features here. I recently took another look at her site and noticed the amazing photography, done by Patrick Cline. The color in the photos below is gorgeous!

Love these chairs upholstered in Rubie Green East Village fabric and Megan fabric (love the name of that fabric!).

See Michelle's blog M.A. Belle, the Rubie Green website, take a look at her upper east side apartment featured on Design*Sponge, and get ready for her new venture Lonny Magazine, due out this fall!

*I recently had the East Village fabric in raspberry on my blog accidentally without a credit to Rubie Green. I always want to give all credit to the creators of the work I feature on Mimi & Meg. If you were confused, please know you can purchase the East Village fabric on the Rubie Green website.
