Snapshots: Summer Go-To Looks

In the summer I never go unpolished on my toes. I'm very seasonal with my colors; brights in the spring and summer, darks in the fall and winter (neutrals all the time). I rarely stray from this. I'm currently wearing OPI's The Thrill of Brazil. (GAP sandals, last year).

I've always been a bun girl, but not necessarily on top of my head. With this year's high bun trend, I've been sporting it all summer!

What do you find yourself wearing frequently in the summer?

I'm with you on the bright toenails - one of the perks of getting cheap pedis here in SF is being able to choose from all their different colours!
When I'm somewhere that has proper summer weather (not usually SF sadly) my uniform is comfy summer dresses and pretty metallic sandals.

Excellent choices. Throw maxi dresses/skirts in there and it's my summer in a nutshell :)

I love high buns during the summer months! I have a very long hair and it gets really warm in Croatia... High bun is a perfect solution to all my hair problems :)

I've always kept neutral in the summer, mainly because I'm naturally tan and it drives me crazy when my skin gets darker in the summer.

This year I've decided to just embrace it. So, my toes are wearing "Secret Story" by Essie, which looks hot pink on me. My nails have two coats of the same color, with one light coat of "Last Chance" by Orly. The result is a really vibrant juice color. It's fun being so bright!
